It was time to celebrate Charlie's first birthday. Cupcake in hand it was sure to be a picture perfect moment. Mom put her hat on and tears streamed down her checks. Poor Charlie. Her dog snuck in to taste the cupcake and it turned into a birthday meltdown. When she's older this will be a funny memory her mom will never let her live down.
